Is working 4 days a week more efficient?

While people want to find more free time to relax, their employers should have understood the claim. An average worker used to work from 09.00 to 17.00, five days per week.

While you are studying in primary school, there should be big dreams: life seems like the right place to live at that moment. The college period is a vital moment for almost every person. So, 45 hours per week isn’t enough for the workforce management department.

However, cooperates decided to get more profit with fewer workers. Outsourcing companies tried to work with big tech companies. So, there were fewer risks. What about outsourcing employees? You are working in a big company like a modern slave. The X company can get rid of you as soon as they’d like to.

Whenever you asked employers about the qualifications, there are tons of things to do. ıf you have all of the features, someone devotes himself to the company. Whether to earn a salary for basic needs or not isn’t necessary. ıf the slavery system came back to our century; it’s just sensible for the companies.

Under those unfortunate circumstances, Microsoft tried to work out with employee’s support. The company needs more profit, and it can happen with their assistance. People can work in the same place for years ıf the company doesn’t try to do mobbing.
