Wireframe Challenge

The final step of the User Interface (UI) pre-work is to create wireframe for a series of screen. Wireframe is a low fidelity layout of the design, it can be think of it as the blueprint of a building. It is an important aspect because wireframe can be created quickly and feedback can be receive and changes can be made.

The series of screen that I have to create wireframe for is shown in the image below. This exercise is reversing the process, usually the wireframes are created before the prototypes.

The Ironhack team also put together a wireframe kit to make our lives a bit easier. The kit consist of different elements that will be use in the wireframe designing process. The wireframe kit is shown in the image below.

With the wireframe kit and example ready, I got to work.

My approach to this exercise is a three step process:

The standard logic behind this is to replace all images in the prototype with a box with an ‘X’, all company logo with text ‘company logo’ and all buttons and slider accordingly to their functions. An example of one of my wireframe is shown in the image below.

I repeated my three step process for all the remaining wireframes. The completed wireframes are shown in the image below.
