Vitamin D

The weeks are going faster and faster as the semester goes on, it’s crazy to me how it’s already Friday! I think a lot of that has to do with more assignments piling up and more studying to do, but I think it also has a lot to do with the weather. I’ve been getting out around the city a lot more recently, and I’ve noticed a brand new energy all around. Spring brought Philadelphia new life, and it’s awesome. Campus is always lively and parks in the city are always crowded too. I know it’s hard to get out and spend time outside in the winter when it’s 5 degrees out, but it makes me wonder how much happier we’d all be if we tried a little bit. I know the cold definitely makes me wanna stay inside, but I bet doing the same things I’m doing now during the winter months would definitely keep morale high as we trudge through the brutal half year we spend inside.
