How to request a new ballot for the August 4 primary

When you visit that sight, you’ll see something like this.

The Ballot Status at the bottom says whether or not the ballot has been sent out. If it’s been sent, but you haven’t gotten it, click on the big Request Replacement Ballot By Mail button to request a replacement. It may take a few days to be delivered, and your ballot has to be returned in a dropbox or postmarked by August 4, so make sure to leave time!

If you get an error telling you that you’re not a registered voter. The first thing to do if this happens is double-check the information you entered. There might be a typo, or maybe you entered a variation on your name, or switched the month and year in your date of birth.
