A British Pakistani Doctor is Killing the Internet

Ali Abdaal is a British Pakistani who studied Medicine at Cambridge University for 6 years and eventually graduated in 2018. He’s currently employed as a junior doctor in the UK but that’s not the main concern, on top of graduating as a doctor in the world’s finest university, he’s a youtuber, blogger, podcast show host and even sings! Currently at almost 500k subscribers on YouTube, he’s well known in the UK as a productivity guru competing with the likes of Matt D’evella and Thomas Frank. Being a Cambridge graduate, his content is mostly on productivity, studies and medicine. Documenting his life as a Junior Doctor, Ali has also kept his roots intact by being an honorary member of the Pakistani Society at Cambridge University. Not many, in fact perhaps even no Pakistani Content Creator matches the calibre of Ali. Having expertise in so many areas is more than extraordinary and Ali said the following when often asked about how he manages so many hobbies, “Here’s a quote from one of my favourite Stoic philosophers, Epictetus:

If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid.” Ali quoted this statement to further simplify his ambitions in life. On his blog and even on Youtube, he’s made countless content on managing time, relationships, studies and learning new crafts. He certainly is an intellectual being and has always tried helping others be the same through his content.
